It includes two pages: Basic information and other information, which can be accessed at the bottom of the page.

Basic Information
Access path:
Main Page → Sidebar → Sales → New Customer → Basic Information
In the basic information section, the customer profile includes the following items that can be added or edited:
- Type/ Select the type of customer (Personal / Company)
- Title/ Select the title of customer
- Write the Name, Middle Name, Surname Name
- Status/ Select the customer status (Active, inactive}
- Blacklist/ Select the Yes or No
- Address/ Select the (Address, County, City, Area, District, Postcode, Country)
- By clicking on the image icon, you can upload the image or sign of the customer
- Email address
- Contact numbers
- Website address
- Add the information of other customer colleagues (Name, Unit, Job title, Contact number, Email address and, Status).
- By clicking on the plus sign, you can add other colleagues of the customer
Other information
Access path:
Main Page → Sidebar → Sales → New Customer → Other Information
In the other information page, you can add or edited:
- Delivery Address/ Select the (Address, County, City, Area, District, Postcode, Country, Phone)
- Legal status / VAT Number, Company registration number
- Bank info. / Select the bank, Account Name, Account Number, Sort Code, and IBAN number
- Payment Details:
- Payment Method / Select the cash on delivery or credit
- Payment Terms/ if you selected payment method, wright how many days
- Credit Balance/ Determining the customer’s credit limit
- Type of Customer/ Select the customer type (General, Gold, silver)
Attention
Using the buttons in the upper right side, you can:
- After adding or editing the customer information, click on the save button to save the information.
- By clicking on the print button, you can print customer information.
- Clicking on the new customer button will open a new page where you can enter customer information.

Main page → Sidebar → Sales → Invoice →New invoice
- If you need to edit customer profile or item information, make any edits before issuing the invoice. Then follow the issuing invoice process.
- Barcode icon/ If you click the barcode icon, you can select any item by using the barcode reader.
- Choosing a Customer-Warehouse-Date-Payment Method
- Customer/ Search and selection customer by code or name
- By clicking the profile icon, customer’s profile will open and you can edit the customer’s information
- Warehouse/ Select the warehouse
- Date/ Select a time range
- Payment Method/ Select the cash or credit
- Price type/ Select the delivery or collection
- Note/ Add an any attention in the invoice
- Selection of Items and quantities
- Item/ Search and selection items by code or name
- By clicking the item icon, item’s profile will open and you can edit the items information
- Quantity/ Determine the number of items
- Receive a warning if there is no stock
- Unit Price/ The price, discount, and VAT of the item are displayed automatically
- You can manually change the price, discount percentage and VAT of each item
- By clicking on the plus sign, you can add other items
- By clicking on the edit or delete sign, you can edit or delete any item
- Other costs and discounts
- Delivery Cost/ Add delivery cost
- Other Cost/ Select the loading or unloading cost and add the amount
- By clicking on the plus icon, a pop-up page will open and you can add new costs
- Discount type/ Select the amount or percentage and add the amount
- At the bottom of the page, you can see the invoice amount, item discounts, general discounts on the invoice, VAT, and the weight of the items.
- Invoice preview or cancel
- By clicking the cancel icon, you can cancel the issued invoice
- By clicking the preview icon, you can view the issued invoice
- By clicking the icons, you can (edit, delete, save) the invoice
- By clicking on the print icon, you can print in (A4 print, POS print) format the invoice.
Attention
- You are not permitted to enter an invoice for purchase, sale, or any other document earlier than the last document you registered.
On this page, you can view and access information about invoices that have not yet been finalized or reordered.

Main page → Shortcut menu → Invoice → Orders
Or
Main page → Sidebar → Sales → Invoice → Orders
- On the table below, you can view and access information about invoices that have not yet been finalized or reordered.
- Follow the steps below to edit and finalize invoices:
- Date/ Select a time range
- Type of orders/ Select (All, Orders, Reorders)
- Route/ Select (All routes or any rout)
- Click on the search button
- View information of unfinalized orders (reorders and unfinalized invoices) for the selected period.
- Double-clicking the selected order will open a new table where you can continue the invoice generation process.
- By selecting the delete button and clicking it, all orders or any order individually can be deleted.
Attention

On this page, you can view, reorder and print issued invoices.

Main page → Sidebar → Sales → Invoice → List of invoices
- On the table below, you can view and access information about issued invoices.
- Follow the steps below to view, reorder and print issued invoices:
- Date/ Select a time range
- Route/ Select (All routes or any rout)
- Click on the search button
- View information on invoices issued for the selected period
- invoices can be searched or sorted using the information listed in the table below
- By clicking any or all invoices in the tick box, you can re-order or print
- View reordered invoices on the orders page
